With our secure online bill pay, you can make payments and more.

In order to pay your bill online, you will need to have your member number and account number ready. You will also be asked to enter your email address.

Bill Paying at Your Fingertips!

Pay by Phone at 253.853.1388

PenLight’s automated phone system gives you access to your account 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

To use, simply dial; 253.853.1388 and you will find yourself in the automated system. There you will be able to get information about your account, including your last payment amount and current amount due. You can pay your bill via Visa, MasterCard or American Express and can also learn about PenLight products and services.

In order to pay your bill by phone, you will need to have your member number and account number ready. You will be prompted to give both of these numbers at once, resulting in one 13 digit number. For example, if your member number is 012345 and your account number is 0067890, the correct number to enter would be 012345006789

Members who are having trouble with this system will be able to dial "0" at any time to reach a live customer service representative, from 8:00 a.m. to Midnight Monday—Friday.

You can make your utility bill payment at the Member Services counter or at any of the three peninsula branches of Key Bank:

Note: The bank will not accept late payments.

 

Drive Up Window & Drop Box

From 8:00am—6:00pm, you can use the Drive Up Window to make your utility bill payment. It is located at Peninsula Light Company's headquarters (13315 Goodnough Drive NW).

After hours, you can leave your payment in the drop box at the drive up window.
