For Your Information: Effective August 15, 2008 PenLight will be changing online payment vendors from Ft Knox National Company (FKNC) to Choice Pay. FKNC has eliminated its electronic bill pay division which has forced PenLight to choose a new vendor. Due to this change-over we will be performing maintenance to our site and will not accept online payments from 12:00 p.m. Thursday, August 14, 2008 to 8:00 a.m. Monday, August 18, 2008.
